🎃 About Volunteer Hours

If you’re volunteering for service hours, please bring your forms on the last night you serve and turn them in at the end of the night for signature.

🎃 About the Mazes

Shiprekt!: Dive into Davy Jones’ Locker and face his deep-sea crew of eerie sea monsters.

CircoLoco: A twisted game of hide-and-seek with clowns. Find them in under a minute… or they’ll come find you!

Your scare/laugh roles will be assigned during training.

Start practicing your best scary (or silly) voice.

Sometimes a zone or role isn’t the right fit, and that’s okay — we may shift you to another area to keep things fun and flowing.

Safety is our top priority. If fog, lights, sounds, or costumes ever feel too intense, you’re welcome to step out, take a break, and rejoin when ready.

🎃 Food & Drink

Water, soda, and BBQ sandwiches will be provided for Maze Volunteers in the staging area between 6–7 PM.

The maze opens at 7 PM, but feel free to check out our event vendors for more tasty options.

Absolutely no alcohol, drugs, or vaping products are permitted on site.

🎃 Volunteer Expectations

As a Boo! Orlando Volunteer, you are the heartbeat of the event! Please:

  • Support Boo! Orlando staff and assist your assigned department.

  • Stay flexible — sometimes you may be asked to help elsewhere.

  • Represent Boo! Orlando with professionalism, friendliness, and a positive attitude.

🎃 Behavior Guidelines

Boo! Orlando is a family-friendly event. Volunteers are expected to:

  • Always be courteous and respectful to guests, staff, and other volunteers.

  • Keep language and behavior clean and professional — no profanity, rude jokes, or inappropriate conduct.

  • Refrain from smoking, vaping, or using tobacco anywhere inside the event.

  • No alcohol, drugs, or any substances before or during your shift.

  • Help maintain a safe, fun environment for all ages.

We can’t wait to see you all — whether returning for more scares or joining us for the first time! Together, we’ll make Boo! Orlando 2025 an unforgettable mix of chills, laughter, and community spirit.
